UNLIMITED ACCESS PASS RULES AND CONDITIONS

By making a booking with ourselves, you have entered into a contract in which you undertake on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) to adapt the following standards of behaviour and adhere by these rules.  Any blatant disregard of these rules will result in guests being removed from the site.

  1. All persons aged 4 years and over will be required to wear a wristband for the duration of your stay.
  2. We cater for families and do not accept bookings from all male/female parties and/or youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
  3. Only 6 people can accommodate the unit at any time, a 7th person is at owner’s discretion and must be aged 2 years or under.
  4. All persons will act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, Flamingo Land staff and other guests.  Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  5. Children should be supervised properly at all times so they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others.
  6. No person in the party will commit any criminal offence or undertake any criminal activity including acts of violence, vandalism or nuisance, not keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon, use any unlawful drugs, create any undue noise or disturbances, carry out any trade or business.
  7. In the interest of safety, please ensure that children do not play with any fire lighting equipment and please note that fire hoses must not be used for the washing of caravans/cars or the filling of paddling pools.
  8. Respect fellow guests and keep noise to an absolute minimum.  Observe our quiet hours from midnight to 7am.
  9. Dispose of rubbish in the bins/skips provided.  Black bags are available free of charge from the reception areas.
  10. No washing lines to be erected.  Rotary dryers must be collapsed when not in use.
  11. No ball games are to be played within the caravan fields, please use the recreation field provided.
  12. Guests must ensure that guests under the age of 18 do not consume or try to consume alcohol.  It is advisable that persons under 21 years of age should carry with them at all times appropriate photo I.D. to enable their service within the licensed premises.  Flamingo Land will ONLY accept photo Driving Licence or a valid Passport.
  13. Our road network is subject to the highway requirements and road traffic act and therefore speed limits, drink drive laws, full driving licence etc…… must be observed.
  14. No tents are to be pitched by the side of the holiday home.  NO fixed structure may be allowed in the space between the unit’s due to Health and Safety and the precaution in preventing the spread of fire.  This includes windbreakers, trampolines, gazebos, large paddling pools (list not exhaustive).
  15. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.  Please ensure you pick up after you dog.  Only a responsible/competent person/adult should walk the dog/s.  DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ZOO AREA.
  16. Visitors to the site must respect the natural forms, dress suitably and take due care bearing in mind the nature of the venue is an adventure park.
  17. Where a slip, trip or fall occurs as a consequent of inappropriate footwear or behavior, no liability or responsibility is accepted by us or Flamingo Land.
  18. We reserve the right to ask guests who contravene our terms, or who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors to leave the park immediately.  In this circumstance NO refund will be given and ourselves and Flamingo Land will not be liable for any extra costs incurred.  However, the guests/owner may be liable for extra charges due to additional security/management costs of dealing with any such incident.
  19. We reserve the right to inspect/enter the holiday home at any time when noncompliance of the site rules is suspected
